Agro Factor Limited is a dynamic and forward-thinking agro-processing company established in April 2021 to revolutionize Nigeria's cashew export industry. The company is focused on adding value to raw cashew production, with a strong emphasis on serving global export markets.

Agro Factor's registered office is located at No. 11 Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, while its advanced processing facility is strategically situated at Idarika Farm Land, Off Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, Ikenne Local Government Area, Ogun State.
Additionally, the company is developing a new cashew processing plant in the Sagamu Industrial Layout, Ogun State.

OUR OPERATIONS

Agro Factor's processing facility has been developed with an initial production capacity of 7,200 metric tons per annum, with the first production line scheduled to commence operations by March 2026. The facility would operate at a capacity of 20 tons per day on a single shift, translating to 6,000 tons per annum. Plans are underway to expand this capacity to 40 tons daily within two years of operations.

OUR WORKFORCE

The company places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and community impact. Agro Factor intends to employ 150-200 individuals within its first year of operations, with 80% of its workforce being women. As production capacity doubles within two years, the workforce is expected to expand significantly, creating sustainable livelihoods and contributing to Nigeria's socioeconomic development.

Agro Factor Limited has three key shareholders and has been entirely funded through shareholder equity.
