Yemisi Olabanji

Mrs Yemisi Olabanji started her primary education at Our Lady of Fatima School, Surulere Lagos between 1971 and 1976. She then proceeded to Lagos City College Sabo Yaba where she graduated in 1983.

Mrs Olabanji completed her Higher School Certificate (HSC) at Methodist Girls High School, Alagomeji Yaba Lagos in 1986. She then proceeded to Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta, Ogun State where she obtained Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1991.

She proceeded to obtain her Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGde) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2006. She was fully registered as a teacher by Teachers Council of Nigeria 2010. Due to her interest in food processing, she then proceeded to obtain the following certifications:

Abiodun R. Agbaje, FCA, FICA, CISA, MBA, is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, and financial management. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading high performing teams.

As Regional Head at Heritage Bank Limited, He spearheaded business growth and profitability in the Lagos and South Region. He also led the Special Project Group, driving large and emerging corporate businesses, and headed Commercial Banking, developing and implementing effective business strategies.

A BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University Business School, London

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), Fellow of the Chartered Accountants

He possesses strong leadership and mentoring skills, with expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and financial analysis

He has contributed to various committees, including the FRS Implementation Committee, Business Development Team for Sierra Leone and West African Business area, IT Steering Committee, Policy Review Committee, and Sub-Committee on E-banking at various stages of his career.

Brigadier General Ohunyeye Olamide Felix(Rtd)

Brigadier General Ohunyeye Olamide Felix (Rtd) is an accomplished finance specialist, administrator, and strategic leader. A seasoned military finance executive with over three (3) decades of distinguished service in the Nigerian Army, he was commissioned in 1992, and rose through the ranks to become one of the Army's most experienced finance officers, serving as Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Finance and Administration while holding multiple Director of Finance and Accounts roles across Army formations.

He holds a strong academic portfolio:

B.Sc. (Hons) Economics, B.Sc. (Hons) Applied Accounting, MBA (Finance), MSDS, and a PhD in Management.

His professional credentials are equally impressive, including Fellowship of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and several others.

General Ohunyeye played a central role in modernizing the Nigerian Army's financial administration. Notably, he led the Army's migration onto the IPPIS and GIFMIS technology platforms, contributed to the development and implementation of the Manual of Financial Administration (MAFA 2017), and spearheaded payroll audit initiatives and payment-integrity reforms such as the "Know Your Soldiers" nationwide payroll audit and the development of automated payment and non-regular allowance systems. His work strengthened internal controls, transparency, and efficiency across the Army's financial operations.

Internationally exposed, he trained in Bangladesh's National Defence College and served as Contingent Finance Officer on the UN Mission in Sierra Leone. His service earned him numerous military decorations, including the Grand Service Star (GSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), and UN Medals.
